Idaho - 2007

I recently found some interesting photos I made many years ago in Sun Valley, Idaho on a trip where I worked closely with my friends and colleagues to print photos for a large annual event.  We worked loooong hours and were exhausted by the end of the day, but since we'd traveled all the way from NY - we went out and took advantage of the landscape and made some really fun photographs.

I don't think back on the job and remember it fondly, but I do remember spending many hours with my good friends Aria and Betsy (and Vanessa on the phone) and will always hold that trip - and those women close to my heart.  Thank you ladies for making the hard times bearable and good times...phenomenal! xo

First Coney Island Visit

I first visited Coney Island in the winter of 2007 after I moved to New York.  I took the F train all the way out there several times over the course of my Brooklyn days and found the social oddity of Coney Island endlessly fascinating.  It also served as a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city - to come to the coast and look at the ocean for a dose of clarity and perspective.
